The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to provide answers to questions that were asked by vendors. Please see attachment 4. Quote due date remains unchanged at 5 September 2025, 12:01 PM MDT.

**Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469024Q0056, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519 with a size standard of $34,000,000. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attach 1_Junos Training PWS v2 Attach 2_Solicitation FA469025Q0056 All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement. All questions are to be sumbitted to Ryan delaPena at ryan.delapena@us.af.mil no later than 26 August 2025 at 12:01 PM MDT.

Quotes are to be submitted via email to ryan.delapena@us.af.mil and CC Martelangelo Surop at martelangelo.surop@us.af.mil no later than 5 September 2025 at 12:01 PM MDT. Quotes MUST be valid until 30 September 2025.
