OVERSPEED/WRONG WAY DETECTION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

This is a non-personal service contract for the OVERSPEED/WRONG WAY DETECTION SYSTEM ANNUAL MAINTENANCE at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation, certifications, and tools necessary to maintain, service, calibrate, and repair the Overspeed/Wrong Way (OS/WW) Detection System and associated ancillary equipment at Ellsworth AFB, SD to ensure sustained mission capability.

Under the basic services requirement, the contractor shall clean, inspect, service, test, calibrate, and maintain the complete OS/WW Detection System in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations, performing these comprehensive maintenance tasks on an annual basis to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

The contractor is responsible for conducting all maintenance activities while providing necessary materials, parts, and specialized equipment, maintaining appropriate certifications and technical expertise, coordinating transportation and logistics for maintenance operations, and ensuring sustained mission capability throughout the maintenance period. All Request for Information (RFIs) and questions must be submitted to both of the POCs listed below NLT 1100 MST on 25 August 2025.
