This solicitation has been amended to update the Statement of Work and to extend the offer due date to 6 September 2024 at 4:00 PM MDT. Please see the attached Attachment 1 _Amended Statement of Work, Attachment 2_Design Plan and Pictures and Attachment 3_SF30. Please submit a signed copy of Attachment 3_SF30 and Attachment 4_Conformed Copy SF1449 along with your proposal package. NOTICE: SOLICITATION SUSPENDED (lifted by Amendment 01)

Solicitation FA469024Q0048 is suspended indefinitely to incorporate revisions to the Statement of Work in response to questions asked during the site visit that was hosted on 1 August 2024 at Ellsworth AFB, SD. No quotes will be accepted at this time. All previous quotes submitted will need to be resubmitted for evaluation. The revised closing date of 30 August 2024 is set as an estimated closing date until an amendment is issued.

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation FA469024Q0048 to compete and award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures to obtain armory lockers. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 337215 with a size standard of 500 Employees.

To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1_Statement of Work Attachment 2_Salient Characteristics Attachment 3_Design Plan and Pictures Attachment 4_SF1449 All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota.

The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement. Quotes are to be submitted via e-mail to SrA Michele Alcime at michele.alcime@us.af.mil and CC TSgt Andrew O’Malley at andrew.omalley.2@us.af.mil no later than 9 August 2024 at 04:00 PM MDT.

Quotes MUST be valid until 1 October 2024. Please no phone calls. We will be hosting a site visit on 1 August 2024 at 10:00 AM MDT. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are NOT presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, and the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
