The purpose of this amendment (0002) is to:

1. Include "Attach 4 - Questions and Answers".

2. Include "Attach 5 - Carpet Requirements Map".

3. Include "Attach 6 - Site Visit Minutes". Quote due date of 13 September 2024 at 1200 MT remains. __ The purpose of this amendment (0001) is to:

1. Include a site visit on 10 September 2024 at 2:00pm local time. (Please contact SSgt Jayna Clements at jayna.clements@us.af.mil if planning to attend) We will meet at Ellsworth AFB Visitor Center.

2. Include an RFI due date of 11 September 2024 at 3:00pm local time.

3. Extend the quote due date to 13 September 2024 at 12:00pm local time. All other terms and conditions remain the same. __ The current flooring in designated areas (outlined in attachments) shall be 100% remodeled. Work will include, but is not limited to; demolition of carpet flooring, surface prep/removal of adhesive, installation of new carpet flooring, installation of vinyl floor tile, and installing rubber wall base along all new flooring, and transitions strips. Please see the attached Statement of Work, Map, and Specifications for additional information.
