AMENDMENT NEW INFORMATION: *On 03 September 2024, an amendment was issued to add additional items to Attachment 1.* The following attachment is removed from this solicitation: Attachment 1 - Item List - MXWPD The following attachment is added to this solicitation: Attachment 1 - Item List - MXWPD (Rev 1) ORIGINAL POSTING: The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation FA469024Q0059 to compete and award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures to obtain Snap-On brand toolkits.

This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 332216 with a size standard of 750 Employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1 - Item List - MXWPD Attachment 2 - Item List - MXWR Attachment 3 - SF1449 - FA469024Q0059 Attachment 4 - Brand Name Justification (Redacted) All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement. Quotes are to be submitted via e-mail to SSgt Ross Duval at ross.duval@us.af.mil no later than 06 September 2024 at 04:00 PM MDT.

Quotes MUST be valid until 30 September, 2024. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, and the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs
