The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469024Q0015, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for the supply and delivery of a Combilift (See Attachment 1:

This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423830 with a size standard of 100 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. Quotes are to be submitted via email to Joseph Rincon at joseph.rincon.2@us.af.mil and CC jonathan.allen.36@us.af.mil no later than 5 March 2024 0730 AM MDT.

Quotes must be valid until 31 March 2024. Questions must be emailed to joseph.rincon.2@us.af.mil before 26 February 2024 12:30 PM MDT, and a memorandum with the answers will be added to this solicitation by 1 March 2024 12:30 PM MDT.
