The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota intends to award a sole source blanket purchase agreement to French's Upholstery.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1(a). For the requirement there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The attached sole source justification outlines the Contracting Officer's justification and reasoning to award a sole source award to French's Upholstery.

This is a Sole Source Justification supporting the acquisition of Overwing Fairing Seals Maintenance for Ellsworth AFB, SD. Only one vendor was identifed and approved to provide the required services for the unit. See the attached justification document. Any questions or concerns can be addressed to TSgt Andrew J.
