Notice of Intent: Sole Source Justification Engine Bleed Air Distribution System Repair

The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota intends to award a sole source blanket purchase agreement to Aircraft Ducting Repair Inc. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1(a). For the requirement there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The attached sole source justification outlines the Contracting Officer's justification and reasoning to award a sole source award to Aircraft Ducting Repair Inc. This is a Sole Source Justification supporting the acquisition of Engine Bleed Air Distribution System Repair for Ellsworth AFB, SD.
