Pool Coverage and Accessories - Beale AFB, CA

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The 9th Contracting Squadron, located at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide pool coverage and accessories. Below are the specifications regarding the pool coverage and accessories: Pool Coverage (for both Lake House and Main Base Pools)

Material: Durable, UV-resistant, and waterproof material suitable for outdoor use.

Construction: Reinforced seams and edges for strength and tear resistance. Secure anchoring system.

Size: Sized to fit the respective pool dimensions (Lake House: 40' x 75';

Main Base: 40' x 83') with appropriate overlap. Durability:?Weather-resistant and designed for extended outdoor use.

Safety Features: Drainage system to prevent water accumulation. Warning labels and safety instructions. Pool Coverage Storage Reels Type:?Manual or motorized reel capable of smoothly rolling and storing the pool cover. Capacity:?Sufficient capacity and structural integrity to hold the weight and size of the respective pool covers. Material:?Corrosion-resistant materials suitable for outdoor exposure. Mobility:?Wheels or other mechanisms for easy movement and positioning.

Reel Protector Material:?Weather-resistant and UV-resistant material. Design:?Designed to fit snugly over the storage reel and protect it from the elements. Durability:?Tear-resistant and able to withstand outdoor conditions. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought or any follow-up information requests.

The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.). This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423910, The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 7830. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 100 employees. Please provide any suggestions or requests if you feel a more appropriate NAICS code exists. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award.
