THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The 9th Contracting Squadron, located on Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide a MetroNaps EnergyPods for the 427 RS. A DRAFT Statement of Need detailing the requirement is attached for reference.

No Reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.). The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award (Brand Name).

However, if vendor has a solution that meets or exceeds the Statement of Need, vendor is encouraged to provide their product's capabilities. Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement, specifications sheet, and any applicable GSA schedules pertaining to the requested MetroNaps EnergyPods requirement by 14 August 2025, at 10:30 a.m. PDT, to SSgt VeAnca Crawley and SSgt Brandon Washington, as follows:
