Concrete & Asphalt Rubble Removal/Disposal - Beale AFB, CA

This requirement is to provide non-personal services for the removal and disposal of concrete and asphalt rubble located at Beale Air Force Base (AFB). The asphalt and concrete rubble is a result of a demolition project on a section of the flight line that surrounded an Air Force hangar. The concrete and asphalt have been previously exposed to Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) concentrate which once dissipates, leaves a chemical called Per and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

Beale AFB, CA Period of Performance: 2 September 2024 - 2 Nov 2024. RFP Important deadlines: Questions/Concerns. All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than Monday, 5 August 2024 at 10:00 AM PST. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government to SAM.gov, the contracting opportunities website. Late requests to Questions and/or Concerns will not be reviewed nor considered. Questions in response to this notice shall be sent via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below.

Proposal Due Date. The Offerors complete proposal shall be submitted via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below by the due date specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), "Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers." It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt of all submissions.
