USAF UNCLASS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SUPPORT SERVICES

Amendment 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

1. Revise Provision 52.212-2 of the solicitation;

2. The following attachments have been updated and added to Section J, List of Attachments: Attachment 1 - PWS - 9 CES IT Support Services_25 June 2024. This version supersedes the prior PWS; Attachment 2 - Addendum to 52.212-1; Attachment 3 - Addendum to 52.212-2 ; Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire; and Attachment 5 - Wage Determination 2015-5659, Rev 20. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Additionally, remaining Q&A are uploaded as of 25 June 2024 and titled Solicitation - Question and Answer's_IT Support_25June2024. A copy of the SF 30 is also attached to this notice. Please refer to all updated attachments uploaded to this notice.

This requirement is to provide Unclassified Information Technology (IT) Support Services to the 9th Civil Engineering Squadron (9 CES) at Beale AFB (BAFB). This service includes supporting services to the Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise Operating System environment, as well as Microsoft Office suite applications, alongside various other Commercial off the shelf (COTS) and government off the shelf (GOTS) applications.

9 CES is comprised of approximately 430 members across 25 facilities and provides Beale Air Force Base (AFB) with superior facility, airfield, and utility system construction, operations, and maintenance; fire emergency services, explosive ordnance disposal, and emergency management; unaccompanied along with privatized family housing facilities and programs; installation management, asset optimization and environmental security.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FA468624R0019 is issued as an RFP. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 .

3. This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), with an associated NAICS code 541519 - Other Computer Related Services and small business size standard $34M.

7. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Reference Attachment 2 - Addendum to 52.212-1.

8. A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Reference Attachment 3 - Addendum to 52.212-2.

9. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer.

10. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

11. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

12. RFP Important deadlines: Questions/Concerns. All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 12:00 pm PST. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government to SAM.gov, the contracting opportunities website. Late requests to Questions and or Concerns will not be reviewed nor considered. Questions in response to this notice shall be sent via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below. Proposal Due Date.

Technical, Past Performance and Price Volumes shall be submitted via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below by the due date specified in Block 8 of the SF1449. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), "Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers." It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt of all submissions.
