Amendment 2: On 11 April 2024 at 1300 local time a site visit was conducted to review the current site conditions. Attached to this solicitation is are the RFI questions, responses, and documents that were generated as a result of said site visit. All other terms and conditions of this solicitiation remain the same.

Amendment 1: This Solicitation has been amended to change the Small Business Set-Aside from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to Total Small Business Set-Aside. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
