The last day to submit a RFI was May 8th, 2024, at 1200 PDT. The Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, equipment, material, manufactured articles, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items to accomplish the combinations of design, repair, or construction of airfield and general paving work under the Transportation and Paving IDIQ. See attachment 1. Specifications - CAO 28 FEB 24-TP, for additional information.

Amendment 01 - Please see revised documentation regarding RFI responses, to include the pre-proposal conference, and other changes to the solicitation.

Amendment 02 - The purpose of this amendment is to:

- Attach RFI02 "RFI-02-Solicitation Phase-TP". - Update the name of Attachment 4 from "4. VOL 3-PAST PERFORMANCE-Last 4 Contract Number-Company" to "4. VOL 4-PAST PERFORMANCE-Last 4 Contract Number-Company". - Update Section L.3.4 from "All the following documents will be included in the electronic file "Volume 4 - Past Performance".

Amendment 03 - The purpose of this amendment is to:

- Attach RFI03 "RFI-03-Solicitation Phase-TP". - Added the following bullet to L.3.4.: "When completeing the Self Scoring Worksheet Volume 4 "PAST PERFORMANCE FOR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE PROJECTS" Column C, use the "Quality" rating on CPARS document." - L.4.d was updated from: "The Offeror must only fill in Columns C, E, and F. Columns will be filled by utilizing a drop down list and selecting appropriate score for each element as applicable. Do not leave any elements blank.

Note: The scoring elements are not minimum requirements. Column G will be filled with the applicable file name." to "The Offeror must only fill in Columns B, C, E, and F and G. Columns will be filled by utilizing a drop down list and selecting appropriate score for each element as applicable, filling with Contract number (column B) or, filled with the applicable file name (Column G). - Add "The template for Past Performance Questionnaires is available on SAM.gov “4. VOL 4-PAST PERFORMANCE-Last 4 Contract Number-Company”. Please note that the PPQ is only used in place of a CPARS in cases where a CPARS Rating is unavailable.
