Parking and Traffic Management Plan Services

This Requirement is to is to procure services to develop and execute the Air Show Parking and Traffic Management plan 2025 for the 2-day Air and Space Expo, as defined in the associated Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Beale AFB (BAFB).

This is a 2-phase contract and the first phase consist of a site visit must be completed within 60 Days of award, which will allow for an adequate site picture for planning and executing of the Air Show Parking and Traffic Management plan 2025. The site visit will identify potential areas of challenge, rules and regulations and approved areas/lots that can utilized by overview authorities.

The contractor will be working with BAFB organizations, to include the Ground Planning team, Security Forces Squadron (SFS), and the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES). The second phase is the contractor must be able to execute the Parking and Traffic Management plan, set-up, tear down and implement the execution of the 2-day Air Show Parking and Traffic Management plan 2025 for the Air Show.

The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the services and support as required to meet the stated objectives and accomplish work required under this Performance Work State (PWS). Questions are due by 10:00 AM PST, 17 July 2024. Quotes are due by 10:00 AM PST, 31 July 2024.
