IFB- Fired Brass Casings- Beale AFB (Buyer Deformed)

This is an Invitation for Bid to support the Beale AFB (QRP). See item description and all attachments for full details. Estimated 46,300 lbs. of Fired brass casings [7.62, 5.56, 9mm]. Approximately 78, 55 gal. sealed metal drums of fired brass casings [Expended Small Arms Cartridges (ESACC)] that have been inspected and declared safe by Certified DoD Ammunition handlers. According to DoD, Air Force regulations and Beale AFB’s Operating Instruction (OI) 32-522 Buyer Deformed Expended Small Arms Cartridge Cases (ESACC) fired brass casings must be deformed on site as a condition of sale and before the material can be released from Air Force custody.
