BAT GYM Equipment

Dyess AFB has a requirement for purchase and installation of a variety of fitness equipment. Please see the attached RFQ, Salient Characteristics, and SOW for more detailed information.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1.Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ. 2.Technical Specifications of All Quoted Products, including detailed information on how they meet the salientcharacteristics. Please submit questions to the email address, darryl.overton@us.af.mil, NLT 1 May 2026, 10:00 a.m. (CST). An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received. Deadline for receipt of offers: 8 May 2026, 10:00 a.m. (CST). All quotes can be emailed to darryl.overton@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline of the solicitation to 12 May 26, 10:00 AM (CST). This will allow time to get the answers to submitted questions back and posted as another amendement.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions referencing this solociation. See attachment 4
