Bowling Alley Pinsetter

This requirement is for removal of old pinsetter machines and purchase and installation of new string pinsetters at the Dyess Lanes Bowling Center, Building 7115. This bowling center is a 16 lane facility.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received. Deadline for receipt of offers: 8 May 2026, 10:00 a.m. (CST). Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please see attached RFQ, Statement of Work, and Salient Characteristics for more detailed information.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the questions and answers document to all contractors, as well as extend the solicitation close date to 12 May 2026, 10 AM (CST). All submitted quotes must acknowledge Amendment 0001 to be considered responsive.
