Airpark Aircraft Repaint

Dyess AFB has a requirement to repaint EB-47E Stratojet Static Display, with an option to repaint AGM-28 Hound Dog Static Display. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. An optional site visit will be held 7 Apr 26, at 9:30 a.m. (CST). QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ or Contractor’s equivalent (must contain all information applicable with page 2 of this RFQ) Technical Proposal – the technical proposal shall address the following at a minimum: Surface Preparation Corrosion Control Painting and Finishing Markings, Colors, and Insignia Quality Control Site Management Please submit questions to the email addresses, brennen.edwards@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil, NLT 8 April 2026, 2:00 p.m. (CST).

An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received. Deadline for receipt of offers: 16 April 2026, 2:00 p.m. (CST). All quotes shall be emailed to brennen.edwards@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil. Confirmation of receipt will be sent once a proposal is received.
