LAUNDRY SERVICE - APF - DYESS AFB, TX

The 7th Contracting Squadron is seeking quotes for the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation for the services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The Government reserves the right to make one or more awards for this BPA from the solicitation. The estimated ordering period of this BPA will be five (5) years from date of award. Specific period of performance timelines shall be determined at the call level. Offerors are encouraged to read the solicitation documents in their entirety before submission of quotes.

Amendment 1: Issued 4 May 2026, The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Add updated Performance Work Statement 2.Add Attachment 6:Questions and Answers 3. Extend quote due date. All quotations bust be submitted NLT 6 May 2026, 03:00 PM (CDT).

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Submission information is annotated on the COMBO document.
