Dyess AFB, Custodial Services

This solicitation is for Custodial services for Dyess AFB. It is to provide custodial services to assigned buildings at Dyess AFB, Texas, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year (12 months) followed by 4 - option years (12 months each) that will begin 1 November 26. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please see solicitation and attachhments for more detailed information.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to provide all questions and answers via Attachment 10: Solicitation Questions and Answers, revise Attachment 5. Bid Schedule accordingly, and update Attachment 6 to reflect the correct email for Ms. Christi Murphy (Para 3.6.4)
