Fort Bliss, TX Amendment 0001 Issued: The purpose of this Amendment is to remove the verbiage "Offerors not in attendance will have their proposal declared as invalid during evaluation of proposals." The Site Visit is Optional and all offerors regardless of attendance to the Site visit will have valid proposals.

Amendment 0002 Issued: Proposal due date extended to August 8. Please see SF30 and attached Questions and Answers for details. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items necessary to provide and place electrical power at the Fort Bliss, El Paso portable SCIF in accordance with this statement of work, any attached appendices, manufacturer standards, applicable US laws, commercial standards and business practices. This requirement is 100% small business set aside. The magnitude of this project falls within the range of $25,000 to $100,000, as defined in FAR 36.204(b).
