Antenna Installation

7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB has a requirement to install two (2) antennas on top of building 7040 at Dyess AFB, Texas.

SITE VISIT: An optional site visit will be scheduled at the following time/location: 10 September, 10:00 AM (CST) Dyess AFB, TX 79607 Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with anthony.parra.2@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil. Attendees must RSVP with the same contacts NLT 9 Sep 25, 2:00 PM. If the offeror doesnot have existing base access, an escort will be provided.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1.Complete (must be signed) Page 3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent - must contain the same information). 2.Technical Plan for accomplishing the installation. Please submit questions to the email address, anthony.parra.2@us.af.mil, NLT 12 Sep 2025, 3:00 p.m. (CST). An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received. Deadline for receipt of offers: 17 Sep 25, 10:00 a.m. (CST). All quotes shall be emailed to anthony.parra.2@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil.

Amendment #1: The purpose of this ammednment is to make alterations to the SOW and provide a questions and answers sheet to address questions brought up during the site visit. The three changes made to the SOW were: Take out section 1.3 stating that the contractor shall provide 5 copies of the antenna manufacturers user manual. Change section 3 to allow the contractor to dispose of any debris on base. Correct the wording about coaxial cable sizing in paragrah 1.1(c) to say "two, 1/2 inch". This amendment also adds an attachment that has photos from the site. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
