7 MXG/AFREP Fleet Maintenance BPA Sole Source Synopsis

The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB, TX, intends to solicit and award a sole source BPA to Spartan Investment Services LLC (CAGE 652N5) for AFREP Fleet Maintenance Services for Dyess AFb, TX in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, with a small business size standard: $40.0 million.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within five (5) days of publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed agreement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
