DFAC Serving Line Equipment

This requirement has a socio-economic set-aside for small disadvantaged business AND/OR SBA CERTIFIED Woman-Owned Small Businesses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

SITE VISIT: An optional site visit will be scheduled at the following location: Bldg 490, Avenue B Dyess AFB, TX 79607 A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 15 August 2024 at 1000 (CST) Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with kasey.hutton.1@us.af.mil and jerime.gorse@us.af.mil. Attendees must RSVP with the same contact. If the offeror does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on the best value of items that are found to be technically acceptable. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the DESCRIPTION column below.

2. Questions and Answers 2 Document added. Please note that Question 2 and 8 are not answered as we are awaiting answers from the Civil Engineering Squadron. This will be updated when answers are received.

3. DFAC Specifications: Newest specification sheet updated.
