Chapel Sanctuary Lighting Upgrade

Dyess AFB, TX has a requirement to remove old demo lighting inside the 7 BW/HC Chapel Santuary and replace it wil new lighting fixtures as well as add in new spotlights/floodlights. A more detailed list of what this requirement entails can be found in the SOW document. The information above is intended to be descriptive and not restrictive in order to describe the nature of the services requested. Interested parties are responsible for demonstrating to the Government their ability to provide the services as indicated. In order for your offer to be accepted, it shall include but is not limited to the following:

Complete (must be signed) Page 3 & 4 of RFQ COMBO (or contractor equivalent). FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications para b only. computer-generated photometric plans for each space to verify proposed lighting design meets required criteria IAW Statement of Work 5.1.4 Lighting Calculations. Have quote be valid until 30 September 2024. To respond, you must email your information prior to 1000 CST on 22 August 2024.

Added Questions and Answers from site visit, added floor plan to show where the lighting controls shall be installed, and updated SOW. Also extending solicitation period to 1000 CST on 29 August 2024.
