Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for anyinformation or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated will besolely at the interested party’s expense. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized onSAM at https://www.sam.gov.

It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this sitefor additional information pertaining to this requirement. The information that is received from this RFI will be used to make the best decision on howto proceed with this acquisition.
