7 OSS Crashnet Phones

This is a resolicitation from GSA RFQ 1691092 due to no vendor responses. 7 OSS is needing replacement and installation of a ConferenceManager JITC conference/recording Command and Control dispatch systems to allow for the Airfield Management team to conduct daily operations. This system will allow for the Airfield Management team to communicate with those in controller positions and applicable agencies in both the 7th Bomb Wing and 317th Airlift Wing operations. The system should provide the following:

-One-touch conferencing (perform "all calls" on radios and by phone) -Automatic notification of incoming telephone or radio calls -Provide programmable pre-set calling operations via "buttons" on touchscreens -Electronic directly and include hotlines to key agencies -Connect to existing base dial central office via existing PRI connects -Thorough transport/translation/configuration cutover strategy -Segregated or NFAS/D channel service, dial plan and testing -Future SIP service transport is required -Warranty and troubleshooting support included for 12 months after installation.
