This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA465925QM003. QUOTE SCHEDULE: Potential Offerors shall include the total price to provide for all of the items listed on the quote schedule, listed on the combo. For further information, please see attached: Attachment 1 – Provisions and Clauses Attachment 2 – SCA Wage Determination Attachment 3 – Performance Work Statement (PWS)
