QUOTE SCHEDULE: Potential Offerors shall include the total price to provide for all of the items listed on the quote schedule, listed on the combo. For further information, please see attached: Attachment 1 – Provisions and Clauses Attachment 2 – SCA Wage Determination Attachment 3 – Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Amendment 1 The below items are being changed with Amendment 1. -Combo: Updated the quote due date, the period of performanced, the Contracting Points of Contact, and the 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 Addendums. -Attachment 1 - Provisions and Clauses: Updated provision 52.212-2. -Attachment 3 - PWS: Updated paragraph 1 Description of Services, removing verbiage for the 6 month option period.
