AMENDMENT 0004:This Amendment is to update: A. Offer/response due date to Wednesday, 8 July 2026 at 2:00PM MST; and B. The Evaluation Factors for Award section in the solicitation as well as Attachment 3 - Past Performance Worksheet to include the past performance Evaluation Ratings Definitions.

AMENDMENT 0001: Attch 2 - Pricing Worksheet has been re-uploaded due to inability for members to open/access.

ORIGINAL SOLICITATION: The Contractor shall provide laundry, dry-cleaning, and rental services for multiple locations (See Appendix B, Pick-Up and Delivery Schedule) on Malmstrom AFB (MAFB), MT in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations, commercial standards and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services shall be performed at the contractor’s facility, and include pick-up, delivery, and cleaning.

Notice to Offerors/Suppliers: The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Your quotation must remain valid through 30 September 2026. The expiration date of your quotation must be clearly marked.
