Notice of Intent to Sole Source- Bowling Alley

The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to QUBICAAMF WORLDWIDE, LLC. for the purchase and installation of edge string pinspotters required to complete upgrades to the bowling alley, currently in use at Malmstrom Air Force Base. QUBICAAMF WORLDWIDE, LLC. is the sole authorized dealer and manufacturer of their Qubica AMF EDGE product line in the United States.

This authorization ensures the proper conversion and installation of bowling alley upgrades to maintain compatability with current equipment and lower overall cost. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.

If no affirmative written response is received by the deadline below, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable as a response to this notice.
