Change Of Occupancy (COM) Maintenance & Minor Maintenance

1. BACKGROUND. THIS IS A NEW REQUIREMENT AND THERE IS NO INCUMBENT PROVIDING SERVICES. This requirement is a firm-fixed-price with a twelve-month base period and four (4) option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210, Government Base Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47 million. The PSC is Z1FC – Maintenance of Troop Housing Facilities.

This request is for the Contractor to furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, computers, transportation, tools, supervision, quality control, management, internet, cellphones, printer, fax machine (if desired), office supplies, and other items and actions necessary to perform these services in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). A total of three (3) full-time personnel are required: carpenter, electrician, and plumber. See attached documents for additional information.
