Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Catholic Clergy

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis contract to The Diocese of Great Falls – Billings for Catholic Clergy Services for the 341st Missile Wing/Chapel (MW/HC).

The period of performance will consist of a base and four (4) option periods (OP), the estimated period of performance (PoP) is 1 April 2024 through 31 March 2029. The Diocese of Great Falls – Billings is one of the two Catholic Diocese in Montana and Catholic Clergy is ordained into the service of the diocese or local church administering in the region of service required. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued.

All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 22 February 2024 by 2:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to Joshua Crist, Contract Specialist, joshua.crist.1@us.af.mil.
