Whiteman AFB Base Pavements IDIQ

The 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB, MO has a requirement for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Base Pavements. This acquisition is a competitive 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. This acquisition is being solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237310, Highway, Street and Bridge Construction, with a small business size standard of $45M.

This IDIQ contract consists of repair and construction of base roads, parking lots, driveways and sidewalks. Other areas may include complete rebuilding of some streets and parking lots and roto-milling as well as overlay with asphaltic concrete. In addition, the contract consists of slurry sealing, seal coating, and crack sealing. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, supervision, and other deliverables necessary to perform these tasks.

The ordering period for this IDIQ contract will be a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. All work under the resulting contract will be awarded through the issuance of individual Task Orders. The contract magnitude is between $5 Million and $10 Million. The basis for award for this acquisition will be a best value tradeoff considering technical, past performance, and price. Prospective contractors must be registered in the SAM in order to be eligible for award.
