In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs" Normal/real world Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for the set up and operation of FSE involves the use of earthen berms.

The All Terrain Berm replaces the earthen berm and allows real-world training without the destruction of airfields when utilizing heavy equipment. All Terrain Berm shall meet the following requirements: Size - 36'x80'x3' Capacity - 68,500 Gallons All Terrain Berm will need to be delivered to Whiteman AFB, MO no later than 30 April 2024.
