The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, tanks, vehicles, and permits (required by the State of Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR)) to perform all operations necessary for removal and disposal of thickened waste sludge from the Water Treatment Facility located on Whiteman AFB, MO, in strict accordance with these specifications and subject to the terms of the contract.
