Nitrogen Generator System

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) at McConnell AFB, Kansas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement, delivery, and installation of one (1) turnkey On-Site Nitrogen Generation System in support of the 22d Maintenance Squadron (22 MXS) Wheel and Tire Shop. The system is mission-essential to provide high-purity nitrogen required for the inflation and maintenance of KC-46 aircraft tire and wheel assemblies.

Minimum Salient Characteristics:To be considered technically acceptable, the quoted system must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications (further detailed in the attached Statement of Need):

Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

Amendment 0001 - Corrected response date to 11 August 2026.
