*Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The primary purpose of this solicitation is to obtain Oil Water Separator services for the McConnell Air Force Base (AFB).

Work operations involved in the maintenance of oil/water separators, to include sampling and analysis, waste pumping and disposal, surveillance, cleaning, keeping, and providing required records, and emergency service. The Contractor shall clean all grease traps, sand traps, interior trench drains and pump septic/holding tanks located at McConnell AFB. The Contractor shall flush sanitary sewer line mains annually.

The contractor shall dispose of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste to approved disposal/ recycling facilities. Contractors must submit completed Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) as part of their Request for Quote (RFQ) submission. This form must include information that meets the minimum requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Failure to submit quotes that comply with the PWS and the SF1449 will result in disqualification from the award consideration process.

Include the pricing breakdown by completing the attached "OWS Service Contract Pricelist" form and submit it along with your official proposal. A formal site visit will not be conducted for this requirement. Amendment 1 Changes: Please submit a sgined copy of the attached amendment document, a completed pricelist (attached document), and SF1449 (solicitation) along with a Mission Essential Contractor Services Plan, adhering to the stipulated guidelines outlined in the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Provision 252.237-7024, Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services. Your compliance with these requirements ensures efficient processing and evaluation in alignment with relevant regulations governing essential contractor services.
