AMENDMENT 1:

1. Add Attachment 6 - Questions and Answers to the solicitation.

2. Update Attachment 4 - Offeror Response Form Rev 1.

3. Update Solicitation response due date year.

4. Add Attachment 5 - Wage Determination 15-5405 Rev 30. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov.

The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0016, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Please refer to the attachments for full details and instructions. Questions are due Thursday, 27 August 2026 by 11:00 am MDT. All questions must be submitted by email to michelle.crenshaw@us.af.mil and chad.evans.19@us.af.mil. Responses/Quotes MUST be received by Tuesday 8 September 2026 by 11:00 am MDT.
