The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combines synopsis/solicitation, FA461325Q0003, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combines Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial award. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2025-1 published 12 November 2024, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) published 10 October 2024, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) DAFFARS Change 10/16/2024 effective 16 October 2024. Instructions to Offeror(s): The contractor shall submit a written quote before or on the due date and time stated in the solicitation.

The responses and quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirement of this solicitation. it shall demonstrate the ability to provide the required products in accordance with this solicitation. SAM Registration: Offeror shall be registered in SAM.gov in accordance with FAR 4.1102, and shall not have any active exclusions in the past three years. Offerors must ensure their company is registered with SAM at the time of quote submission or at the time quotes are due. Request for Site Visit: A request for site visit must be submitted in writing via email by 2:00 pm MST on 14 November 2024 to the Contract Specialist, Michelle Crenshaw, at michelle.crenshaw@us.af.mil AND the Contracting Officer, Liezel McIntyre, at liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil. Please note that Attachment 3 - Inspection Report - B34 1st Floor contains maps of the building and area that needs to be abated. Due to the need for this service to be carried out quickly, we ask that maps are reviewed carefully to determine whether a site visit is necessary. IV. Quote(s)

Due: Submit quotes to this RFQ no later than 10:00 am MST, Monday, 18 November 2024 and must be valid until at least 15 December 2024. Late quotes shall not be accepted once the solicitation has ended.
