**BRAND NAME** The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform a traffic light control panel replacement service at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and this performance work statement (PWS).

Product Details: The traffic light control panel shall include the following functions/characteristics: Each panel shall have a new standard aluminum P Cabinet with associated plug ins Within each panel shall have the following components or approved equal: MMU216Leip 510 Load Switches 810 Flasher BIU 700 Flash Transfer Relays Yunex Blade Traffic Controller Marathon UPS Battery Backup with piggyback cabinet Panels must function 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Panels must have positive track record of at least 5 years with examples of otherfacilities using it in similar conditions. Panels must have automated operation and activation. Contractor must provide all products, parts, equipment, and installation, subject toGovernment approval.
