Synopsis of Award PKAA NAF Synthetic Ice Rink (Construction) In accordance with FAR 5.207(a), this award is synopsized as applicable. On 30 July 2025, 90 CONS, 7505 Barnes loop, BLD 208, Cheyenne, WY 82005, awarded their Synthetic Ice Rink to Construction Solutions Group, LLC. The closing response date for solicitation FA461325B0003 was 28 July 2025. Bid opening was conducted at 10am MDT, 28 July 2025. The award was given to Construction Solutions Group, LLC, FA461325C0011, to meet the requirements of solicitation.

The contract award amount is $354,000.00. The bid option CLIN was awarded. This acquisition is to have a Contractor provide all labor, materials, including taxes, equipment, means and operations necessary to construct a Synthetic Ice Rink at F.E. Warren AFB as specified in the statement of work, specifications, applicable drawings, other attachments and the terms and conditions of the contract.

The Contractor is responsible for supplying and installing a turnkey fully functional, tested, and operational product meeting the performance requirements outlined by the contract documents. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following principal features: leveling and compacting the work area and building a synthetic ice rink and sheltering structure. The following information highlights the key portions of the work.

Work performed will include ground preparation, a rink platform, synthetic ice rink, equipment, training and a tent in a manner so as not to inhibit operations or access to the surrounding facilities. BID Option includes electrical work which specifically includes conduits, cable, panel and breakers. In accordance with FAR 14.403(b), abstracts of offers for unclassified acquisitions shall be available for public inspection. As such, attached is Option Form (OF) 1419.
