Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to:

In Section L - Instructions to Offerors POC contact information was updated and the date of when questions were due on 09 September 2024 due to a mistype in solicitation was corrected to reflect.

G. In Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award POC contact information was updated and the day quotes are due was updated from 23 September 2024 to 3 October 2024. H. No other changes at this time.

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – Hoods and Ducts Cleaning Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement will include an attached solicitation and quotes are being requested.

This attached solicitation number FA461324Q0026 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This acquisition is being solicited as Full and Open competition. The associated NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $9M. See attached solicitation for complete description of Contract Line Items (CLINS).
