The purpose of Amendment 0007 is to extend the proposal due date for XUMU 16-1149A, Repair/Upgrade Driveway and Parking Lot at Breakers. A. Proposal due date has been updated and is Monday, 24 June 2024 at 1:00PM PST. No SF 30 will be provided for Amendment 0007. The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to revise FOPR attachment 1, Statement of Work, and add attachment 15 RFI Questions and Answers.

a. FOPR amendment 1, Statement of Work, dated 23 May 2024 is hereby superseded by FOPR attachment 1, Statement of Work, dated 17 June 2024.

b. Attachment 15, RFI Questions and Answers is added. The purpose of Amendment 0005 is extend the proposal due date for XUMU 16-1149A, Repair/Upgrade Driveway and Parking Lot at Breakers. A. Proposal due date has been updated and is Friday, 21 June 2024 at 1:00PM PST. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to postpone the Site Visit date for XUMU 16-1149A, Repair/Upgrade Driveway and Parking Lot at Breakers.

Due to scheduling conflicts, the Site Visit for XUMU 16-1149A is updated from Thursday, 30 May 2024 to Monday, 03 June 2024. Due to the Site Visit being rescheduled, the question and proposal due dates have been extended as well. A. Questions due date has been updated and is Thursday, 6 June 2024 at 1:30PM PST. B. Proposal due date has been updated and is Monday, 10 June 2024 at 1:00PM PST.

The purpose of this FOPR Amendment 03 is to revise FOPR attachment 1, Statement of Work, add attachments 12-14, and update the dates for the site visit, questions and proposal due date. a. FOPR attachement 1, Statement of Work, dated 04 February 2024 is hereby superceded by FOPR attachement 1, Statement of SOW, dated 23 May 2024 b. The site visit/pre-proposal conference date has been updated from 07 March 2024 at 9:00 A.M. to 30 May 2024 at 1:00 P.M. PST. c. Questions due date has been updated and is Tuesday, 04 June 2024, at 1:30 P.M. PST. d. Proposal due date has been updated and is Thursday, 13 June 2024 by 1:00PM PST.

Project Title: XUMU 16-1149A Repair/Upgrade Driveway and Parking Lot at Breakers 1. This requirement is being set aside in accordance with FAR 19.805-1(b)(2) and is being considered for award to total small business set aside. 2. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price contract. 3. Negotiable Period of Performance of 183 calendar days.

4. Specification: See Section J. 5. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

6. NAICS: 238990, Size Standard $19M 7. Note to offeror(s)/supplier(s): Funds are presently not available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are made available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror at any cost. 10. The proposal shall be valid through 30 August 2024.
