Amendment 003- A revised Salient Characteristics document has been provided, as well as the planned AC Unit Layout that will be used to allow for more accurate quotes. Please provide quotes on SKID MOUNTED UNITS. Any offer providing rooftop units will be considered non-responsive.

Amendment 002- A revised Salient Characteristics document is replacing the previously provided SOO with information updated to conform better to industry needs. Responses to RFIs received from industry are being incorporated as an attachment.

Amendment 001- Because question responses are still pending the proposal due date for this solicitation is being extended to 18 July 2024 at 12:00PM PST to allow for necessary information to be incorporated in the quotes.

FA4610-24-Q-0033 Project Title: 21 SOPS 25 Ton HVAC Units This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for three (3) 25 Ton HVAC Units for delivery at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combination synopsis and solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 423730, “Warm Air Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers”, with a size standard of 175 Employees.

Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Salient Characteristics for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto.

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
