FA4610-24-Q-00013 Project Title: Forklift and Flatbed Rental This is a combo synopsis solicitation for the rental of two (2) forklifts and one (1) flatbed truck trailer, Commercial, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and salient characteristics document for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto.

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Questions are due by close of business 20 Feb 2024. Quotes are due NLT 26 February 2024 at 12:00 PM PST. Quotes must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to vincente.mills.2@spaceforce.mil & jessica.ecker.1@spaceforce.mil. Oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.
