Amendment 0001 - 16ft Camper Trailers

Amendment 0001 The following Amendment 0001 attachments have been uploaded: 1) 16ft Camper Trailers Solicitation Questions and Responses 2) Revised Salient Characteristics. Please acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Solicitation FA461024Q0009 16ft Camper Trailers is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document for contract line item numbers (CLINS), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, delivery information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference Instructions to Offerors (Page 21).

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ (Page 3). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.

Any questions are due no later than 12:00 PM (PST) Monday 12 February 2024. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 PM (PST) Wednesday 21 February 2024. Any questions or offers shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist Tyler Troge at tyler.troge.2@spaceforce.mil and Contracting Officer Chris Hummel at christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil. Offers must be submitted in writing; oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Responses, additional information, or postings will be posted for viewing on SAM.gov.
