Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460825QC124, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective as of 11 June 2025. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 337215. The small business size standard is 500 employees.

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Description/Purpose: This RFQ is for the purchase, delivery and installation of one-hundred and-ninety two (192) Aircrew Lockers IAW Attachment 2 – Salient Characteristics, Attachment 3 – Statement of Work, Dated 18 July 2025. CLIN 0001 – Aircrew Lockers IAW Attachment 2 – Salient Characteristics, Attachment 3 – Statement of Work, Dated 18 July 2025; Quantity (192); Unit (each) Please note: If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate quotes by unit price per item and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual item needed.

Important Dates: Questions must be submitted via email no later than Friday, 25 July 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be provided on or around Tuesday, 29 July 2025. Quotes are requested by Friday, 08 August 2025 at 1:00 PM CDT.
