Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460825QC033, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective as of 17 January 2025. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 337215. The small business size standard is 500 employees. NOTICE TO OFFERORS Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate quotes by unit price per item and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual item needed.

Description/Purpose: This RFQ is for the purchase and installation of Guardmount Lockers for the 2d Security Forces Squadron (2 SFS) located on Barksdale AFB, LA. CLIN 0001 - 72" high two-tiered locker units IAW Attachment 2 – Salient Characteristics_Rev 1, Dated 02 April 2025 (300 each) CLIN 0002 - Removal and Replacement of existing lockers IAW Attachment 3 – Statement of Work, Dated 11 March 2025 Site Visit: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 25 March 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM CDT.

Offerors attending the site visit will meet at the front entrance of Building 6000 located at 1200 Chappie James Drive, Barksdale Air Force Base, LA 71110. Those planning to attend the site visit must RSVP no later than 3:30 PM CDT on 24 March 2025. The names of all anticipated site visit attendees must be emailed to SrA Courtney Decker, Contract Specialist, at courtney.decker@us.af.mil and SrA Alisia Davis, Contracting Officer, at alisia.davis@us.af.mil.

Emails should include company name and phone number along with the names of all individuals that will be attending. Emails should also indicate whether or not the attendees will need to be sponsored on to Barksdale. Offerors who do not already have base access will need their Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and insurance to receive base passes.

These individuals may use one of the two entry control points listed below to obtain a visitor’s pass: Contractors driving a noncommercial vehicle will meet at the Shreveport West Gate Visitor Center, located at Wilbur Wright Dr, Barksdale AFB 71110 Site visit attendance is highly recommended; however, it is not mandatory. Any questions arising at the site visit shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing by the date and time specified below. Only answers provided in writing by the Contracting Officer will be contractually binding.

Due Date and Time: Site Visit RSVP due by Monday, 24 March 2025 at 3:30 PM CDT. A Site Visit will take place on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT. Questions must be submitted via email no later than (NLT) 4:30 PM CDT, Wednesday, 26 March 2025. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be provided on or around Tuesday, 01 April 2025. Quotes are requested by 1:30 PM CDT, Wednesday, 09 April 2025.
