Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460824QC133 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective as of 22 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 236220. The small business size standard is $45 Million.

Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Description/Purpose: This requirement is on behalf of 2 AMXS/CCR located at Barksdale AFB, LA for the removal and installation of building lettering on two buildings, four hangers, with injection molded plastic and 12 inches in Helvetica font in dark brown associated installation equipment in accordance with (IAW) the attached salient characteristics.
